Any accident or defect at any railroad location can be reported on the toll free phone line below or by completing and submitting the accident/defect form. We will notify the railroad and catalogue the complaint. If anyone is injured resulting from a reported defect we will provide that railroad employee with information of prior complaints to assist in their claim.
